Job Title: Fine Dining Restaurant Servers and Bartenders

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere

- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing detailed descriptions and recommendations

- Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any needs or concerns

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, following established recipes and standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas

- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a positive environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in fine dining service or bartending preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail pairings

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically

- Certification in responsible alcohol service (if applicable)

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
