Job Summary

We are currently hiring for the position of Server at our private club restaurant. As a Server, your primary job duties will include greeting and serving restaurant patrons, bussing tables, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and guests with a warm welcome.
• Learning and knowing member names.
• Keeping all restaurant front-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Providing quick and efficient service.
• Being fully informed on all menu items.
• Able to effectively use club POS system for processing orders.
• Assisting with all restaurant cleaning duties.
• Provide patrons with a fond farewell.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate department.
• Assist with club events as needed.

• Previous experience in food & beverage service.
• Current TABC certification required pre-hire.
• Current ServSafe Food Handler certificate required pre-hire.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
