Front Desk / Patient Coordinator
Watson Pointe Dental
Watson Pointe Dental is seeking a full-time Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is a key part of the patient experience and supports both administrative and insurance-related functions within a fast-paced, team-oriented practice.

Schedule:
Monday 8:30-5
Tuesday 7:30-5
Wed 7:30-5
Thursday 8:30-5
Friday 6:30-1
Position Overview:
The Front Desk / Patient Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day front office operations, including patient scheduling, phone communication, and insurance support. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, professional environment while keeping the schedule full and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
Schedule and confirm patient appointments to maintain a productive schedule
Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to appointments
Assist with basic insurance tasks, including claims follow-up as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Support membership plans or payment programs as applicable
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience preferred
Experience with dental insurance verification is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
$18–$20 per hour, based on experience
