Nurture a child’s first five years by:

• Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
• Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
• Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
• Managing operation of the school in the Director’s absence
• Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control

Shift Schedule: Must be able to work any shift during operating hours. The school is open Monday through Friday, 6:30AM to 6:30PM.

• Previous management experience in a licensed childcare facility or experience managing faculty/staff
• Texas Directors License or Ability to attain one preferred
• An Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development or a related field preferred
