YCC Lead Guide / Co-Guide in Austin, Texas at La Tribu Rural LLC

La Tribu Rural is seeking a warm, collaborative, and dedicated Spanish-speaking Montessori certified Co-Lead Guide to join our Young Children's Community (YCC) serving children ages 18 months to 3 years.

This position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development, respectful caregiving, and creating a nurturing Montessori environment where young children can develop independence, confidence, language, and a love of learning.

• Fluent Spanish speaker (required)
• Montessori training and/or Montessori classroom experience (required)
• Experience working with children ages 18 months to 3 years preferred
• Deep respect for young children and their natural development
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
• Reliable, positive, flexible, and eager to learn
• Enjoys spending significant time outdoors with children in all seasons and weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and actively engage with young children throughout the day
• Committed to creating a calm, nurturing, and respectful Montessori environment
