About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Stretch Program Manager (CSCS Certified) to lead, scale, and optimize our performance and recovery service line. This is not just a provider role - this is an entrepreneurial leadership position responsible for building a high-impact program, developing a team, and driving measurable revenue growth.

You will oversee a team of up to 5 Stretch Consultants, deliver exceptional client care, and take ownership of program performance — from client experience to conversion, retention, and overall profitability.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both clinical excellence and business leadership, and wants to build something meaningful within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Growth

  • Own the performance, growth, and scalability of the stretch and recovery program
  • Drive revenue generation, membership growth, and client retention strategies
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) including visits, conversions, and utilization
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, enhance offerings, and improve operational efficiency
  • Act as the on-site leader responsible for program success and accountability

Team Leadership & Development

  • Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of up to 5 Stretch Consultants
  • Set clear expectations for performance, client experience, and productivity
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and skill development to elevate team capabilities
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Foster a culture of accountability, energy, and continuous improvement

Client Care & Service Delivery

  • Deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretching sessions using safe, evidence-based techniques
  • Perform movement assessments and develop individualized mobility and recovery plans
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in client experience across all providers
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and long-term engagement

Performance & Conditioning Expertise

  • Apply CSCS-level knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, and neuromuscular control to elevate care delivery
  • Integrate mobility, stability, and activation strategies to support performance and recovery goals
  • Serve as a clinical and performance resource for both clients and team members

Sales, Conversion & Client Experience

  • Lead by example in membership sales, package conversion, and client education
  • Train team members on effective communication and conversion strategies
  • Ensure a premium, performance-driven environment aligned with the Peak brand
  • Monitor client journey from onboarding to retention and identify opportunities to improve

Operations & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate documentation, scheduling efficiency, and workflow optimization
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and leadership to align services and referral pathways
  • Participate in leadership meetings, reporting, and strategic planning initiatives

Qualifications

  • Required: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS – NSCA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or related field preferred
  • Experience in fitness, performance, physical therapy, or assisted stretching environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or mentor others (formal or informal leadership experience)
  • Strong understanding of movement science, biomechanics, and mobility training
  • Business-minded with interest in growth, metrics, and program development
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation + performance-based incentives tied to program growth
  • Leadership development and career advancement opportunities
  • The ability to build and scale a program as your own within an established brand
  • A high-energy, performance-driven, and collaborative environment

Ideal Candidate

This role is for someone who:

  • Thinks like an owner, not just an employee
  • Is driven by results, growth, and accountability
  • Enjoys leading a team while still delivering hands-on care
  • Wants to build, scale, and innovate within performance and recovery services
