About This Position
Field AI is transforming how robots interact with the real world by building risk-aware, reliable, and globally-deployed AI systems. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Customer Success Manager (Sr. CSM) to serve as the primary point of contact for our government and enterprise clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships and ensuring measurable customer outcomes through our cutting-edge robotic solutions.
As a Sr. CSM, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and directly influence customer retention and expansion. The ideal candidate must combine world-class customer empathy with the strategic fluency to navigate Singapore's public sector landscape and build institutional partnerships at the highest level.

Experience & Background
- 6–10 years of experience in customer success, strategic account management, partnerships, or government relations in Singapore
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow senior relationships across government agencies, statutory boards, and large enterprise accounts
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore's public sector landscape and procurement framework, including GeBIZ and tender processes
- Existing network across relevant government ministries, MNCs, and/or industry bodies in Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills: strong verbal, written, and presentation ability, with comfort engaging at both executive and operational levels
- Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking: able to identify and develop opportunities without relying on a structured process
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify expansion opportunities and close effectively
- Strong project management skills: coordinate cross-functional tasks, manage timelines, and deliver on commitments
- Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, construction tech, security, or related deep-tech sectors is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with construction workflows including pre-construction, scheduling, project management, and site execution
- Knowledge of construction technology platforms such as DroneDeploy, Cupix, or BIM systems is a plus
