Job Description
We’re looking for Certified Surgery Technicians who are excited to support surgical excellence in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll assist the surgical team by preparing and maintaining sterile fields, passing instruments during procedures, and ensuring surgical readiness. You’ll help create a safe, respectful setting for patients undergoing surgery.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain a sterile field in the operating room

Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon during procedures

Assist with room preparation and clean-up before and after surgeries

Support the surgical team in maintaining a safe and organized environment
Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with our surgical and nursing staff to ensure smooth operations in the OR and contribute to a collaborative and efficient surgical environment.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Completion of an operating room or surgical technician course

California Surgical Technician Certification required
-
Minimum 6 months experience in an operating room setting

Current BLS certification (Healthcare Provider)
-
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in the English language
