About This Position

Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a UHNW family based in Delray Beach, FL. This individual will serve as a key partner across personal, household, and childcare needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and stepping in wherever needed. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and thrives in fast-paced environment. This role requires frequent, often last-minute international travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level personal and household support
  • Manage and coordinate household schedules and logistics
  • Assist with childcare support for five children
  • Travel domestically and internationally with the family as needed
  • Assist with event preparation, special projects, and lifestyle needs
  • Support pet care logistics for three dogs
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Family Assistant, or similar UHNW support role
  • Strong background in hospitality or private service preferred
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Flexible and able to travel frequently, often on short notice
  • Additional language skills are a plus
Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday with flexibility
  • Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience
