About This Position

Compensation: $25–$30/hour to start (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week), with additional performance-based bonuses

My name is Jay Horton. I’m a founder, content creator, and coach based in Miami Beach. I run a parking technology company (Parkify), a national parking management company (National Parking), a personal growth brand (Vibes by Horton), and a soon-to-launch microdosing supplement line (MicroLYFE). I also lead masterminds, work with coaching clients, and create daily content for social media. Life moves fast—and I need someone to help me move smarter.

I’m looking for a right-hand operator—someone who’s organized, emotionally intelligent, and fully committed to helping me stay focused, aligned, and effective. You’ll help manage both my personal and professional calendar, work with my content and coaching teams, keep my subcontractors on track, and make sure everything that needs to get done… gets done.

This role is part personal assistant, part operations manager, part scheduler, and part energy protector. You’re the bridge between my vision and the execution. Think of yourself as the COO of my life.

What You’ll Own:

Calendar & Communication Flow

  • Manage my personal and business calendars across Google Cal and iCal

  • Own all scheduling, call confirmations, and reschedules

  • Be the main point of contact between me and contractors, collaborators, and clients

  • Help implement AI calendar tools and streamline time-blocking based on my goals

Personal Life + Logistics Management

  • Handle all personal scheduling, travel bookings, hotel and flight coordination

  • Manage doctor appointments, life admin tasks, and other personal to-dos

  • Coordinate with vendors, household contractors, and service providers

  • Be the go-to for anything that needs to happen behind the scenes so I can stay focused

Content Team Coordination

  • Maintain and update the content calendar across Instagram and TikTok

  • Communicate with video editors, copywriters, and VAs to keep deliverables moving

  • Help repurpose content ideas and organize BTS materials in Google Drive

  • Occasionally assist with captioning, basic social media edits, or uploading content

Operations & Delegation

  • Ensure all team members and subcontractors are on task and meeting deadlines

  • Track priorities across multiple ventures (Vibes by Horton, Parkify, National Parking, MicroLYFE, etc.)

  • Research tools, people, and partnerships aligned with the brand’s growth

  • Help streamline systems and eliminate distractions before they hit my plate

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…

  • Are obsessively organized and love turning chaos into systems

  • Have experience managing calendars, logistics, and fast-paced people

  • Are emotionally intelligent, responsive, and solution-oriented

  • Understand the social media world (especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)

  • Are “chronically online” (in a good way)—you know what’s trending, what performs, what’s cringe, and how to use AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline tasks and research

  • Are based in Miami Beach or nearby and available to work in person most weekdays, with occasional flexibility for remote work depending on travel or calendar needs

  • Are mission-aligned—you’re excited to support a brand that’s elevating human potential

  • Have no problem texting a contractor, organizing a folder, and booking a flight in the same hour

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years supporting entrepreneurs, creatives, or executives

  • Familiarity with Slack, Google Suite, Calendly, Instagram/TikTok/YouTube, and project tools like Asana or Notion

  • You don’t have to be a content creator, but you need to understand what good content looks like and how it flows

Minimum Requirements (Please Read Before Applying):

To be considered for this role, you must meet all of the following:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, project manager, or team coordinator

  • Fluent and knowledgeable about Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—you understand how content flows, what performs, and how these platforms work

  • Proficient in Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, and other basic digital tools

  • Competent using AI tools like ChatGPT for research, content support, and communication

  • Able to use or quickly learn AI-powered calendar tools to structure and optimize time each day

  • Live in or near Miami Beach, FL and able to meet in person weekly
