The Department of Community Health is seeking an Auditor Supervisor. The role is responsible for leading and executing projects related to compliance, financial, and operational audits. This position provides day-to-day oversight and guidance to audit staff, ensuring work is properly assigned, supported, and aligned with departmental standards. The role also reviews and monitors audit activities to ensure timely completion, accuracy, and overall quality of deliverables. This is a hybrid position that requires in-office and remote work with the approval of the supervisor. The days and frequency in the office can change at any time during employment based on the business needs of the organization.
•Function as the Audit Supervisor for the Office of Audits
•Perform advanced-level and/or professional internal auditing work.
•Manage/conduct performance, operational, financial or compliance audit projects
•Provide input to development of annual internal audit projects/schedule
•Schedule assigned audits/communicate with auditee about conducting the assigned audits
•Develop audit objectives, plan the audit and determine scope of assigned audit
•Interface with personnel throughout the organization to accomplish assigned audits
•Develop audit programs for assigned audits and discuss with Deputy Inspector General
•Pursue professional development opportunities in the Internal Audit Profession
•Provide continual feedback through timely review of completed work papers and draft findings
•Address staff issues in a prompt, respectful and confidential manner
•Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma/GED and five (5) years of job-related experience which includes two (2) years in a lead worker, team leader, or supervisory role related to the area of assignment; or two (2) years of experience required at the lower level Complnc Specialist 3 (RCP062) or position equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounting or Business Bachelor's degree
- Strong governmental accounting and auditing skills
- Ability to work successfully independently or as a part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills
