About This Position

At Wyze, we make smart home technology accessible to everyone. We're known for disrupting markets with high-quality, affordable products - from cameras to lighting to sensors and more. We believe technology should simplify life, not complicate it. We’re a fast-moving, customer-obsessed team driven by curiosity and powered by data.
About the Role – Lead “Never Wonder” We are launching Never Wonder, a strategic new product initiative to transform how people experience their homes. Never Wonder will turn raw smart-home data into personalized, AI-driven insights and recommendations - helping customers never wonder what’s happening, what to do next, or how to get more out of their homes. We’re seeking a visionary Product Leader to own this zero-to-one product, define the roadmap, and lead a cross-functional team spanning software, AI/ML, UX, and data science.
What You’ll Do
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Never Wonder, from concept through launch and growth
  • Partner with Never Wonder strategic advisor to ensure we continue to build with urgency and customer focus
  • Lead software product development end-to-end, including discovery, prototyping, MVP definition, and iterative releases
  • Partner with AI/ML teams to build personalization and recommendation engines that translate sensor data, user behavior, and context into actionable insights
  • Drive product requirements, user stories, and prioritization across engineering, design, and data teams
  • Establish key success metrics and lead performance reviews, experimentation, and A/B testing
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, support, and operations on GTM planning, positioning, and launch readiness
  • Serve as the customer champion, deeply understanding user needs and translating them into elegant, intuitive experiences

What You Bring
  • 8+ years in product management, with 5+ years leading software product development from 0→1 and scaling phases
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML systems, especially personalization, recommendation, or predictive analytics engines
  • Proven ability to build and launch consumer-facing software products with high engagement and retention
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists, engineers, and designers
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving environments
  • Passion for Wyze’s mission and a belief that technology should make life better for everyone

Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • The opportunity to build a flagship new product from scratch with massive customer reach
  • Work with a talented, collaborative team of builders, dreamers, and doers
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits
  • Culture that values innovation, trust, and customer obsession

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $180,000 – $225,000 per year.
