Job Description
At Wyze, we make smart home technology accessible to everyone. We're known for disrupting markets with high-quality, affordable products - from cameras to lighting to sensors and more. We believe technology should simplify life, not complicate it. We’re a fast-moving, customer-obsessed team driven by curiosity and powered by data.
About the Role – Lead “Never Wonder” We are launching Never Wonder, a strategic new product initiative to transform how people experience their homes. Never Wonder will turn raw smart-home data into personalized, AI-driven insights and recommendations - helping customers never wonder what’s happening, what to do next, or how to get more out of their homes. We’re seeking a visionary Product Leader to own this zero-to-one product, define the roadmap, and lead a cross-functional team spanning software, AI/ML, UX, and data science.

We’re looking for a product leader who is deeply customer-forward, strong on product experience, and excited by what modern AI can unlock. This role is not just about early-stage concepting. Never Wonder is at a stage where we need someone who can build end-to-end, shape the experience with conviction, and help us translate powerful AI capabilities into simple, intuitive consumer product experiences.
This person should bring exceptional customer and experience judgment, strong fluency in AI, and the ability to partner closely with an existing team of strong design and technical talent. We are optimizing for a collaborative, low-ego leader who can integrate inputs, elevate the work, and help the team build something customers genuinely love.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $180,000 – $225,000 per year.
More about us: Over the years, Wyze earned a reputation for disrupting entrenched categories and delivering products that feel almost too good to be true. That early impact brought industry recognition from Forbes, TIME, Fast Company, PCMag, and others… all signals of momentum that helped establish Wyze as a breakout brand.
Today, Wyze is focused on its next stage of company building. We’re scaling our platform, strengthening our operating rigor, and investing for long-term growth, while staying true to the belief that everyday people deserve access to great technology. This is a phase defined less by headlines and more by execution, craft, and durable impact.
Our people are central to that work. Wyze has been recognized as a Best Place to Work by Built in Seattle and Seattle Business Magazine, but what matters most is the environment we’re building now: one where smart, pragmatic builders take ownership, move fast, and shape what comes next.
Come Join Us!
Benefits: Wyze has a full benefits package through Premera Blue Cross. This includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, EAP, Short-term disability, Long-term disability, FSA, and Daycare FSA. Depending on the benefits package you choose, a portion of the employee and dependent premiums will be covered by Wyze.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Never Wonder as we evolve the product into a compelling, customer-centered consumer experience
- Serve as the voice of the customer by identifying not just stated needs, but the emotional and unstated needs behind customer behavior
- Define intuitive product flows and experiences that make sophisticated AI feel useful, natural, and obvious to the customer
- Lead software product development end-to-end, from discovery and prototyping through launch, iteration, and scale
- Partner closely with design, engineering, AI/ML, and data teams to translate technical capability into elegant, high-impact user experiences
- Bring strong product judgment to tradeoff decisions across customer value, experience quality, technical feasibility, and business viability
- Drive product requirements, prioritization, and execution across cross-functional teams
- Establish key success metrics and lead experimentation, learning, and performance review loops
- Collaborate with marketing, support, and operations on positioning, go-to-market planning, and launch readiness
What You Bring
- 8+ years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of consumer-facing software products
- Proven ability to build products end-to-end -- from identifying customer problems through shaping the experience, shipping, learning, and improving over time
- Deep customer and product experience instincts, with the ability to distinguish subtle UX differences, articulate tradeoffs clearly, and understand their likely behavioral impact
- Strong track record building intuitive consumer products with high engagement and retention - you can speak to these experiences and learnings from your building journey
- Solid AI and technical understanding, with a clear point of view on what modern AI can do well, where its edges are, and how to apply it in product experiences
- Curiosity and hands-on engagement with emerging AI tools, models, and workflows; an early-adopter mindset is strongly preferred
- Ability to partner effectively with a strong technical team
- Strong product judgment and prioritization skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Business sense and commercial intuition, with the ability to evaluate monetization, scalability, and viability
- Humble, collaborative leadership style with the ability to elevate strong design and engineering partners
- Exceptional communication skills and a bias toward action
- Passion for Wyze’s mission and a belief that technology should make life better for everyone
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- The opportunity to build a flagship new product from scratch with massive customer reach
- Work with a talented, collaborative team of builders, dreamers, and doers
- Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits
- Culture that values innovation, trust, and customer obsession
