- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Take and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiratory rate accurately and timely.
- Assist healthcare providers with various medical procedures and treatments, including dressing changes, catheter care, and specimen collection.
- Observe patients for any signs of distress, discomfort, or changes in condition, and promptly reporting findings to the nursing staff.
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and sanitary environment, including changing linens, cleaning patient rooms, and disinfecting equipment, to help prevent the spread of infections.
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in applicable state.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a CNA.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative healthcare environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinical priorities.
