Maserati Alfa Romeo is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Lube & Tire Technician to join our growing Service Department. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals with basic automotive experience who are eager to develop their skills and advance into a full-service technician role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine oil changes and filter replacements
• Rotate, inspect, and maintain tires
• Check and top off all essential vehicle fluids
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist senior technicians to support shop workflow
• Deliver high-quality work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior automotive experience preferred (lube technician, tire shop, or technical school training)
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
