• Customer service experience
• At least 2 years of insurance service experience
• Excellent phone etiquette & friendly demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Has an RI P&C license.

• Ability to underwrite and issue new and renewal policies.
• Ability to identify other sales opportunities
• Work closely with sales executives
• Possess technical insurance knowledge to be able to properly advise clients
