Entry-level Recruiter - Cleaner Staffing - Dallas Office in Dallas, Texas at DTK Facility Services LLC

About the Role

DTK Facility Services is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and organized Entry-Level Recruiter to help us find and hire cleaners for our Dallas operations. Candidates must live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Relocation is not provided.

This is a high-volume, hands-on recruiting position. Our cleaner candidates don't typically come from traditional job boards, so we need someone who knows how to find people through social media, community connections, referrals, and creative outreach.

This is not a desk job where you simply post openings and wait for applications. You will be actively searching for potential candidates, starting conversations, following up, and helping move people through the hiring process. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

What You'll Do

• Find potential cleaner candidates through Facebook, social media groups, referrals, community networks, and other creative sources.
• Create and manage social media recruiting posts and advertisements.
• Reach out to potential candidates and respond to people interested in working for DTK.
• Screen candidates for basic qualifications, availability, and job interest.
• Follow up consistently to keep candidates engaged and moving through the hiring process.
• Coordinate with managers and the HR team to meet ongoing staffing needs.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate conversations, follow-ups, and hiring results in Paylocity.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Comfortable using social media platforms to find and connect with people.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up and recordkeeping.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and persistent.
• Able to manage a high volume of conversations and priorities.
• Recruiting, sales, customer service, or staffing experience is helpful but not required.
