Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management Administrator to manage and support enterprise endpoint systems, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Microsoft Intune, Azure/Entra ID, and Active Directory.

• Configure and deploy applications using Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager.

• Manage laptops, desktops, and mobile devices (iOS and Android).

• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and endpoint-related issues.

• Perform software updates, patch management, and endpoint security administration.

• Support Azure administration and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).

• Handle escalated technical issues and provide guidance to support staff.

• Maintain technical documentation and prepare support performance reports.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure / Entra ID and Active Directory.

• Strong Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience managing laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

Preferred Skills:

• PowerShell scripting.

• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).

• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Teams administration.

• ServiceNow ticketing system.

• Networking, patch management, and endpoint security.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of relevant IT analyst/systems experience, or equivalent education and experience.
