Location: Brevard, NC
Pay: $17.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Position Overview

Were hiring dependable Assembly / Production Associates for an indoor manufacturing facility in Brevard. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to be part of team building products through a step-by-step assembly process. Entry-level candidates are welcome, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble units and subassemblies on a production line.

• Follow engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.

• Attach components and pass completed units to the next stage of production.

• Identify products and processes accurately to maintain quality and compliance.

• Use hand tools and light machinery to complete assembly tasks.

Tools & Equipment

• Hand Tools: Air tools, wire cutters, needle-nose pliers, rulers, and wire strippers.

• Production Equipment: Soldering irons, scales, arbor presses, grinders, and band saws.

• Inspection Equipment: Hi-pot testers and multimeters.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided.

• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.

• Comfortable working with chemicals such as epoxy, alcohol, solder, and cleaning agents.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and light lifting throughout the day.

• Work performed in an indoor, temperature-controlled facility with a clean, normally controlled production environment.
