Job Description
Position Title: Customer Success Champion
Reports to: Customer Success Supervisor
Department: Inbound
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Pegasus Suites & Corporate Center, Georgetown
Job Summary:
We are looking for ‘Customer Success Champion’ to resolve customer queries through phone, chat, ticketing using customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. If you enjoy interacting with customers with a respectful, empathetic and problem-solving attitude, then this is your DREAM JOB!
Key requirements for Success in this role
Maintaining a positive, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Responding promptly to customer inquiries.Clear Verbal Communication.Active listening.Ability to explain information simply — breaking down complex issues into easy‑to‑follow steps.
Requirements to work in this role
1 year experience in a Call Center environmentAbility to multi-task and navigate between multiple applicationsFlexible team player – supports the team well and able to makeshift adjustments on short noticeMust have basic computer knowledge Competent use of Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook
