About the Opportunity

Were looking for a friendly, proactive, and highly organised Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team.

As the face of our National Australian Office, you'll create a positive experience for employees, visitors, and stakeholders while ensuring our workplace operates smoothly every day. From reception and facilities coordination to workplace events and office administration, you'll play a key role in creating an engaging, well-run environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and connected

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for visitors and stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with a strong customer service focus
  • Coordinate facilities, maintenance, office suppliers, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Maintain meeting rooms, shared spaces, office supplies, and day-to-day office operations.
  • Support workplace events, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership activities.
  • Assist with onboarding, travel coordination, and general administration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workplace experience, processes, and efficiency.
About you
  • Experience in a reception, workplace coordinator, office coordinator, or similar role.
  • A customer-first mindset and passion for creating great experiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional, approachable, and confident in your communication style.
  • Highly discreet, proactive, and solutions-focused
