Mover/Driver/General Laborer at Luggers of Wilmington – Leland, North Carolina

"Luggers" are the most important front-line folks of our business. They are the face of the company to our valued customers. This is MORE than a physical labor or driving position. This position entails a huge customer service component.

Tipping is customary in our industry and can add $5 to $10 per hour to a Luggers wages. We offer a 401(k) to employees with a 4% match and an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Hourly wages vary between $14 to $18 plus cash tips that are typically add $5 to $10 per hour to a Luggers wages.

• The Junkluggers & Luggers Moving of Wilmington's Hours of Operation: Weekday & Weekend Shifts Available! (Must be flexible with your schedule, and while hours may vary week to week, this position is best designed to be your main focus)
• Ability to lift 50 - 100 pounds continuously
• Familiar with driving/navigating the Cape Fear region.
• Any Sales/Customer Service Experience is a PLUS!

Driving Requirements (ONLY Required IF Interested in a DRIVERS POSITION)
• Valid drivers license is REQUIRED for this particular position.
• CDL License is NOT required for this position.
• For insurance purposes, drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old.
• 2-3 years of violation-free and accident-free driving is required for all company drivers.

• Applicant must be a friendly, highly motivated, and able to communicate effectively with our valued customers. You must also be physically fit and able to lift substantial weight. Added bonus if you have experience driving a small truck and moving furniture/heavy items in close corridors.
• This is a DRIVING POSITION, so the applicant must meet all company's insurance requirements in order to be considered for this position. CDL NOT REQUIRED.
