We are currently seeking an experienced:

CORPORATE TRANSPORT TRAINER

JOB SUMMARY:

• Prioritizes, plans, schedules, implements, and delivers new hire operator training on proper and safe resident transport. Includes ongoing operator training as well as refresher training involving both classroom and on the road instruction.
• Utilizes instructional materials, demonstration and training aids to ensure trainee comprehension of the material presented.
• Investigates vehicle accidents or other incidents involving company vehicles and provides post-accident training when needed.
• Performs periodic inspection of fleet transport vehicles and lifts to ensure they are in good operating order.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years’ experience with fleet safety/management or first responder/rescue training preferred
• Successful completion of a safe driving program preferred
• Ability to successfully train drivers on safe and proper resident transport
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Must be able to travel, with some overnights required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other Office software
