RECON MANAGER at MR CAR XTRA CARE LLC – BRENTWOOD, Maryland

Mr Car Xtra Care LLC is seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead our Vehicle Reconditioning Center. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in vehicle shop management, team management, and proven skills in the use of specialized computer platforms for repair management.

Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

• Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position, preferably in an automotive shop or vehicle reconditioning center.
• Experience in team management and leadership in technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of automotive shop management software platforms.
• Experience in repair estimating and inventory management.
• Analytical skills for strategic decision making based on operational data.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and customer oriented approach.
• Desirable: Automotive related certifications (ASE, I-CAR, etc.).
