ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Conference Services team hires local Aspen, Colorado-based seasonal support for a variety of on-the-ground roles for events at the Aspen Institute campus during the summer months, including the Aspen Ideas Festival, Aspen Security Forum, and other events as needed. Positions include general logistics, food & beverage support (i.e., hot dog carts), session/venue assistance, speaker driving, and other related duties.
Hours and work schedule are concentrated on the dates of events, plus a few days before and after for prep-projects and breakdown. This support role is a great fit for people looking for a bit of extra work in the summer, those with a flexible schedule and/or people who like to have a bit of time off in between events to travel or take on other work and projects.
