The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

• Provide thorough assessment, triage, and management of patient and family needs throughout the disease process as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with supervising physicians while adhering to state laws and hospital policies to deliver team-based care
• Conduct medical history assessments, physical exams, and manage diagnostic and treatment plans, including chemotherapy prescribing
• Educate patients and families on care processes and available resources, collaboratively discussing treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Offer psychosocial support to patients and their loved ones in a compassionate and ethical manner
• Opportunity to assist in the operating room as needed

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• 1-2 years of experience in Gyn and/or Oncology is preferred
• Surgical and chemotherapy experience is an advantage
• Active, unrestricted medical license or in process of obtaining
• ACLS/BLS certification as required
• DEA License
