Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (PM Shift)

What You’ll Do

As a PM Room Attendant, you’ll ensure guest rooms and public areas remain clean, refreshed, and guest-ready throughout the afternoon and evening. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning guest rooms to brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replenishing amenities, towels, and linens with care and consistency
• Completing stayover service and refreshing occupied rooms during afternoon hours
• Responding to guest requests promptly and professionally during the PM shift
• Reporting maintenance issues or room damage to engineering or management
• Ensuring carts, closets, and storage areas are clean, stocked, and organized
• Following safety and sanitation protocols, including proper chemical and linen handling
• Assisting with evening room turns, deep cleaning tasks, and end-of-day organization

What You Bring

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred (hotel or healthcare setting ideal)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push carts, and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and PM shifts
• A positive attitude and pride in your work
