Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Resident Care Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate daily nursing care for residents, ensuring high standards of quality and safety

- Supervise and support nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship

- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures

- Monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes or emergencies

- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and medical records

- Promote a warm, welcoming environment that aligns with our community’s "looks like home, feels like family" philosophy

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid LPN license in the state of Florida

- Prior experience in senior living or long-term care preferred

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if needed

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
