Design and deliver daily lesson plans and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth – with intentional Christian teaching woven throughoutLead brief devotions or prayer before meals, and share Bible stories or Christian songs in an age-appropriate wayProvide individualized care—feeding, dressing, monitoring—and ensure a safe, inclusive environment Observe and track developmental milestones; share progress updates with families Foster language development through play, songs, stories, and guided activities Encourage positive social skills and resolve minor conflicts among toddlers Maintain classroom cleanliness, perform health/safety checks, and follow licensing standards Collaborate with your team and participate in staff meetings, curriculum planning sessions, and parent-teacher conferencesWhat We're Looking For

Child Development Accreditation, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field At least 1–2 years experience working with toddlers in licensed childcare or preschool Active Christian faith and a heart for nurturing children in a faith-based settingCPR & First‑Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Committed to creating a loving, respectful, and engaging environment for young childrenExcellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleaguesAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in active play, cleaning, and classroom setup Background check clearance
40 hours per week
Monday through Friday
School Hours are 7AM-5PM
