Talent Acquisition Specialist - Construction Recruitment
Your Skills
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the fullcycle recruiting process, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, engage, and hire top talent. In this role, you will help plan and execute recruiting strategies from workforce planning through onboarding, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience.Daytoday, you will assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and applicant tracking system (ATS) management. You will maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers while helping ensure recruiting processes are organized, compliant, and timely.Experienced team members may assume increased responsibility for managing requisitions independently, leading sourcing strategies, analyzing recruiting metrics, participating in career fairs and networking events, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring effectiveness.Successful team members in this role are peoplefocused, proactive, and detailoriented with a strong drive to hire highquality talent that align with our strategic plan.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related role preferred.
- Working knowledge of fullcycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and LinkedIn or similar sourcing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
