We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foundation Crew Member to join our team.

What Will I Be Doing?
- Knowledge of foundation repair techniques, including underpinning, slab jacking, pier installation, and soil stabilization methods.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
- Assist and install sump pumps, dehumidifiers, French drains, and vapor barriers.
- Clean and remove mold with proper safety equipment.
- Operate heavy machinery, tools, and materials on-site.
- Complete preventative maintenance on foundation systems and the associated equipment.
- Performs other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Do I Have What It Takes!
- Certification or training in foundation repair techniques or related fields.
- Experience operating heavy machinery and equipment.
- Ability to go under small spaces like crawl spaces and basements.
- Must be adept at using the basic tools of the trade.
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
