Our inpatient psychiatric unit is a 24-bed short-stay stabilization unit serving adults aged 18 to 70 years old, providing compassionate, patient-focused care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care under the guidance of the RN.
• Deliver highly reliable care in alignment with all National Patient Safety Goals.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, learning, and support, where each team member is valued for their role in patient, staff, and visitor safety.
• Support the Division of Patient Care Services in achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Entry-level knowledge and basic employment skills.
• Active CNA License in the State of Maryland.
• Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification.
• Less than one year of experience is acceptable; motivated beginners are encouraged to apply.
