About This Position
Description:
The Dunes on the Waterfront in now seeking shuttle drivers to join thier team! This position is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, asissting with checkin and luggage, and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive first and last impression while adhering to all safety procedures. Will also assist with Kayak launch and retreivals. This position serves as a front-line ambassador for the establishment, and requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Greeting: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival
- Transport guests to and from the downtown Ogunquit area by van and street-legal golf cart
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, provide directions, and offer local recommendations.
- Luggage Handling: Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage as required.
- Traffic Management: Direct vehicle flow in the parking area, ensuring smooth operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations regarding vehicle handling and parking lot procedures.
- Appearance and Demeanor: Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

- Understands and follows policies and procedures for the hotel’s key control system and ensures others follow them.
