Mortgage Processor Trainee (No Experience Required – Paid Training + Mentorship)

We are looking for a hungry, coachable individual who wants to break into the mortgage industry and build a long-term, high-income career.

This is not a typical entry-level job. This is a hands-on training and mentorship opportunity where you will learn directly from experienced mortgage professionals and work on real loan files from day one.

You’ll be working alongside active mortgage professionals handling real files with real deadlines — not just training exercises.

No experience is required. We will train and develop the right person into a high-performing mortgage processor, with a clear path to earning $80,000–$100,000+ within your first year based on performance and production.

Compensation starts lower during training and increases quickly as you take on files and production. This is a performance-driven role with significant upside for the right person.

Career Growth Path

• 0–60 days: Training + support role
• 60–120 days: Assist on live files + partial pipeline
• 4–6 months: Full processor responsibilities + performance-based earnings
• Long-term: Senior Processor / Operations role

• Learn how to structure, submit, and manage mortgage loan files from start to finish
• Collect and review borrower documentation to build complete, clean loan files
• Assist with submitting loans to underwriting and managing conditions through clear-to-close
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, lenders, and third parties to keep deals moving
• Track loan milestones and ensure timelines and deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate updates and notes within the loan systems
• Take increasing ownership of files and the pipeline as you grow in the role

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn quickly and take feedback
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and follow-through
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
