About This Position
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Leave replacement position available mid-April
Academy360 Upper School, a program of Spectrum360, formerly known as The Children’s Institute, is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our program in a short-term leave replacement position. For more than 50 years, Spectrum360 has been developing the academic, social, behavioral, communication, life and career skills of children, adolescents and young adults with autism and related disabilities. Specific responsibilities will include developing treatment positive behavior supports for assigned caseload, conducting assessments, training staff on implementing behavioral strategies, consultation with families and caregivers and working collaboratively with professional staff.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology or related field and a current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA
OR
Hold at a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field and have current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCaBA - Knowledge of behavioral interventions formulated through functional assessment
- Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of data collection and written format for students’ individual behavior plans
- Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
