About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to ensure smooth, consistent operations by bridging the gap between the field and the office. This role works closely with company owners to translate business priorities into daily execution, strengthen operational discipline, and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front-line office presence; greet visitors and employees as they arrive
- Assist with onboarding new field employees and coordinate closely with HR
- Enter and manage timekeeping and payroll data for field operations
- Maintain and organize contract documents, project paperwork, and compliance files
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle general administrative tasks
- Support daily job site operations to ensure projects stay on track
- Manage financial records using QuickBooks, including invoices, payments, and expense tracking
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Report directly to company owners

Requirements:Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or roofing environments
- Prior experience in HR coordination or onboarding

- Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
