Hera Women’s Health is a national collaborative practice of professionals advancing the next era of women’s health. As an innovative women's healthcare group in Nevada, we are looking to add superior OBGYN hospitalists to our already impressive roster of providers. We are seeking skilled, compassionate, friendly and team-oriented OB/GYN Hospitalists to join our growing practice in the Las Vegas/Henderson metro area. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering comprehensive obstetric care to patients of all ages, ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
Position OverviewSunrise Hospital & Medical Center & St. Rose Dominican Hospital – Siena
We are seeking board-certified OB/GYN physicians to provide on-site, shift-based OBGYN hospital coverage in 12- or 24-hour blocks.
The physician will have primary responsibility for unassigned patients on Labor and Delivery including triage, antepartum, management of labor, rounding and discharge.
This role requires a highly collaborative physician who is comfortable working as part of a team with other Laborists, a GYN Hospitalist, OB/GYN residents, nursing, anesthesia, and other hospital-based clinicians.
Program includes 24/7 MFM backup as needed for all unassigned patients.Schedule & Coverage Model

• On-site, hospital-based shift coverage
• 12- or 24-hour shifts
• Primary responsibility for Labor and Delivery
• No routine outpatient clinic responsibilities
• Opportunity to work closely with OB/GYN residents
• Minimum Required Shifts per month – 10 shifts per month

Compensation Structure

• Signing Bonus – Offered
  
• Total Annual Comp including Bonuses and PTO: $350,000 assuming 12 shifts per month.

• Sunrise Base Shift Rate:
  • Day Shift- $1,650 - $2,000
  • Night Shift - $1,745 - 2,090

• Average Shift Rate including Bonuses and PTO:
  • Dayshift - $2,300 -$2,500
  • Nightshift - $2,390 -$2590

• Bonuses Include:
  • Holiday Shift Differential
  • Shift Commitment Bonus
  • Collections and Performance bonuses up to $27,000
  • Relocation Support
    
• Accrued PTO upto $10,368
  
• 100% employer covered medical, dental, and vision for family. Premium plans available for additional employee contribution.
  
• Malpractice coverage included (claims-made), with tail coverage provided after 2nd year anniversary

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Minimum 2 years' experience OB/GYN
• Valid medical license/ability to get medical license to practice in the state of Nevada
• Proven experience as an OB/GYN Physician
• Excellent clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working on a team
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

  • Link to MFM practice with excellent infrastructure with EHR, voice dictation, PACS, genetic counselors, advanced practitioners, and top-of-the-line ultrasound equipment and specialists trained in detailed anatomic ultrasound, and fetal echocardiography.
