Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in managing engineered-to-order ASME heat transfer and pressure vessel equipment. This is not a traditional administrative PM role. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in shell & tube exchanger design and pressure vessel fabrication, leading projects with both technical credibility and operational execution.Key Responsibilities:
Technical LeadershipOversee and manage execution of engineered-to-order heat transfer equipment projects, including shell & tube heat exchangers, twisted tube designs, and ASME pressure vessels.Lead projects supported by technical teams to ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII, TEMA, API standards, and client specifications.Lead resolution of technical issues during design, fabrication, inspection, and testing phases.Lead customer and internal project kick-off meetings.Project ExecutionDevelop and manage project schedules.Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, QA/QC, and logistics.Manage change control and client clarifications.Support technical reviews and performance guarantees.Track project performance across quality, cost, schedule, and risk.Senior-Level Expectations

- Lead performance guarantee and technical risk discussions.Mentor project managers and contribute to team development.Independently manage large or multi-unit project scopes.
- Background in ASME Section VIII and TEMA standards.Experience working closely with fabrication shops.Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions with customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (e.g., Chemical or Industrial Engineering).7–15+ years of experience in shell & tube heat exchanger design and fabrication.
