Beyond Wellness is looking for a full-time Lead Nurse / Clinical Lead with strong IV experience and a background in functional and integrative wellness who will oversee clinical operations while also supporting front desk operations and overall client experience.

This role blends clinical expertise with leadership and a client-facing, wellness-focused approach. The ideal candidate is confident in IV therapy and injections, while also being comfortable guiding clients through services such as peptides, hormone therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and recovery modalities. This individual will play a key role in setting the standard for care delivery, supporting team training, and ensuring a consistently elevated client experience.

Administer IV therapy and injections

Prepare and manage peptide and supplement pickups for clients

Guide and educate clients on services including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the Ammortal bed, hormone therapy, peptide therapy, and IV treatments

Deliver a high-touch, elevated client experience aligned with the Beyond Wellness brand

Support front desk operations including greeting clients and assisting with intake/services

Prepare IV bags and demonstrate a strong understanding of formulations and contents

Identify patients prior to any treatment or service

Provide site-specific procedural training to new employees

Help maintain clinical standards and ensure consistency across all services

Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment by following OSHA standards, Universal Precautions, and legal regulations

Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations

Secondary / As Needed Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws when a phlebotomist is not on site

Properly prepare, label, and document specimens for testing and shipment

Verify lab requisitions and maintain specimen integrity

Maintain basic tracking of collections and lab-related supplies

Perform additional duties as assigned

Reliable, punctual, and highly accountable

Strong bedside manner with the ability to create a warm, elevated client experience

Active nursing degree (RN required)

Proven experience in IV therapy and blood draws (required)

Prior experience in a functional, integrative, or wellness-based clinical setting strongly preferred

Strong understanding or willingness to learn peptides, hormone therapy, and advanced wellness services

Computer and technology proficient

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal structure

Frequently required to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds

Frequently required to speak and hear

Frequently required to sit or stand for extended periods and bend, stretch, and stoop

Frequently required to use close vision and computer-based tasks

Frequently required to use hand dexterity for clinical and office equipment

Schedule may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed

Frequent exposure to blood, bodily fluids, communicable diseases, chemicals, and repetitive motions
