About This Position
We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $20 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our residents.
- Be responsible for enforcing all operational policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure the safety of our clients and their guests.
- Recognize and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the area/equipment, and notify the maintenance manager of any issues.
- Keep areas clean and free of debris.
- Welcome and acknowledge all residents and guests using NFC-approved terminology.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in any weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Cleaning and organization skills must be a high priority.
- Position may require moving deck furniture and supplies- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
