Position Summary:
Join the Franklin Cummings Tech Admissions team as a Summer Student Ambassador! In this flexible, part-time role, you’ll support admissions counselors, connect with prospective students, assist with events, manage key data, and contribute to creative outreach efforts—including social media. Work remotely, choose your own hours (up to 8-12 hours/week), and gain valuable experience in communication, customer service, and project management. Training, mentorship, and performance rewards included.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outreach based on reports and tasks assigned to you by the Senior Associate Director of Admissions.
- Answer the questions of prospective students about the admissions process.
- Reach out to prospective students and invite them to apply to the school.
- Enter essential test scores, health records and placement data in our database.
- Provide event support for Admissions events (i.e. Discovery Days, Enrollment Weeks, etc.).
- Support creative social media campaigns and routine website updated to drive attention to Franklin Cummings Tech.
- Do other projects, as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Currently enrolled student at Franklin Cummings Tech
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Comfortable speaking with prospective students via phone, text, or email
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
· Comfortable learning and using databases, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools
· Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is a plus
· Positive attitude, team-oriented, and excited to promote Franklin Cummings Tech
