CENTRAL SUPPLY COORDINATOR – Generations at Regency, Niles, Illinois

Generations at Regency in Niles, Illinois, has an Immediate Opening for a Central Supply Coordinator. This is a Full Time Position with an 8 Hour Shift. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour, plus Full Benefit Package.

Responsibilities of the Central Supply Coordinator:

• Order all nursing supplies, maintain sufficient stock at all times

• Monitor budget for supplies

• Accept deliveries of all nursing supplies, verify accuracy of orders

• Deliver supplies to nursing stations, check supplies on floor

• Call transportation companies to arrange transportation of residents to and from appointments and activities

• Keep accurate records of transportation reservations

of the Central Supply Coordinator

• High School Diploma/GED
• Organizational and planning skills
• Inventory and supply ordering experience helpful
• Knowledge of JCHO, OBRA, IDPH and HFS standards with regard to medical supplies a big plus Experience in a skilled nursing facility desirable
• Must have compassion, understanding and tolerance for older adults
