About the Role:

This Gate Keeper role you will responsible for verifying tote counts, moving heavy pallets from Assembly to Pick Pack, and organizing finished good totes/pallets to keep our operations running smoothly. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to teamwork.

• Cycle Counting
• Inventory Reconciliation
• Data Entry and Reporting
• Process Improvement
• Communication and Collaboration

Necessary knowledge, skills, and experience:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
• Ability to safely operate a manual pallet jack
• Able to stand and work for long periods of time (8+ hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and lift at least 50 lbs and move loaded pallets
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to stay organized and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Warehouse Management System Experience, Basic Math Skills, and Computer Skills
• Data Entry and Reporting and Process Improvement
