Shipping Clerk at Illinois Sanitation Service Inc – Elgin, Illinois

Responsible for processing outbound shipments using the company ERP system and

coordinating packaging, labeling, and shipment of products.

Responsibilities:

• Process shipments through the ERP system using the carrier specified on the Sales

Order

• Create shipping labels using the FedEx system

• Affix shipping labels and corresponding packing slips to boxes

• Package products for outbound shipping

• Mark boxes with the corresponding Sales Order number

• Work with the team to ensure products are packaged according to schedule

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

• Capable of multitasking with minimal supervision

• Fluent in English. Bilingual Spanish a must

• Previous shipping or warehouse experience

• ERP system experience (e.g., NetSuite)
