Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team and perform administrative tasks for DSG and its subsidiaries.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel.
- Provide information to callers and handle inquiries efficiently.
- File and organize office inventory.
- Work with minimal supervision in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment.
- Receive or mail packages and perform related clerical work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate in-house and off-site meetings, teleconferences, and videoconferences.
- Prioritize and handle all incoming emails, mail, faxes, and telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining Outlook calendar.
- Plan and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Lead small process improvement projects to enable more efficiency.
- Monitor visitor access from the door.
- Utilize social media platforms and major search engines (Google, Yelp, Bing, etc.).
- Write and edit content for online and field marketing.
- Design marketing materials.
- Assemble, coordinate, and mail various marketing collateral materials, such as postcards, specials, and other products.
- Innovate and think outside the box.
- Receive, sort, and route mail and maintain and route publications.
- Respond to resident/applicant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform customer service functions in person, by telephone, and by mail: provide information/assistance regarding department/division services, procedures, fees, or other issues; respond to routine questions or complaints; research problems/complaints and initiate problem resolution; receive payments for various fees or services; record transactions.
- Assist with scheduling building maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues.
- 2-4 years of administrative experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication.
- Customer service experience in our industry is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Demonstrates ability to finish very detailed work quickly.
- Ability to have access to the government military base.
- Must maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
- Must be fluent in Spanish/English
