Job Title: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing pain management care to patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and ordering interventional procedures and interpreting diagnostic tests.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical histories

- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries

- Prescribe medications and treatments

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests

- Develop and implement patient care plans

- Educate patients and their families on health and wellness issues

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:

- Active Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in the state of practice

- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
