Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist - Tier 1 at GritR Sports – North Richland Hills, Texas

Title: FBA Fulfillment Associate
Department: Warehouse and Distribution

Reports to: FBA Team Lead, Outbound Supervisor, Warehouse Manager

Candidates must be over 18 years old and fluently speak and understand English, for safety purposes.

Compensation: $19.50/hr

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm (No lunch, 2x paid 15 minute breaks)

This is a Picker/Packer position within our Warehouse, on the Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) Team. This is a key position in our organization that provides outbound (bulk) shipments to Amazon Fulfillment Centers, for further distribution. You will be assigned large volume orders to pick, pack and prepare for shipment.

Regular use tools include a cart, RF Scan gun, tape measure, tape machine, scales, box cutter, pallets, and a pallet jack.

• Picking Fulfillment Orders
• Packing Fulfillment Orders
• Recording Carton Content Information
• Labeling and Shipping fulfilled orders
• Loading and Storing completed orders
• General upkeep and cleaning of work space
• KPI Metrics Met (weekly)

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a daily basis
• Ability to stand continually for an 8 hour shift

This is a Full-Time, permanent, non-exempt position, complete with benefits eligibility.
