Ford Service Technician at Bayside Auto Group – King George, Virginia

Bayside Ford in King George is in search of an experienced CERTIFIED Ford Automotive Technician and/or VA State Inspector. Essential Functions

1. Inspect and diagnose vehicle malfunctions, problems, and maintenance needs.

2. Perform repairs using safe and proper vehicle-repair techniques.

3. Ensure that the required documentation is complete and in compliance with dealership regulations.

4. The service technician is also responsible for quality control of repair orders and the maintenance and cleanliness of the repair shop in the Service Department.

Qualifications

1. Experienced Line Technician (3 years minimum).

2. Must be at least 18 years of age.

3. VA State Inspector Certification is a plus but not required.

4. Valid driver’s license with a good record.

5. A self-motivator with strong attention to detail.

6. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

7. Strong leadership qualities.

8. A results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

10. A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

11. Strong work ethic.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position and hours of work and days must be flexible to include evening hours and some Saturdays.
