The Role
This is a fully remote position designed for individuals who want flexibility, training, and clear advancement opportunities. You’ll connect exclusively with clients who have already requested information — no cold calling, ever.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with warm leads

• Conduct virtual meetings to explain benefit options

• Guide clients through choosing a plan that fits their needs

• Assist with digital paperwork and applications

• Maintain accurate records and follow-up

• Participate in team calls and ongoing coaching
