About the role

This is a part-time clinical position, currently 1–2 days per week in Pasadena, CA, with the opportunity to grow into more hours based on performance and patient demand.

You’ll perform cosmetic injectable procedures and educate patients on skin health, facial balancing, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments. You will play an integral role in helping patients feel confident, refreshed, and cared for — inside and out.

What you'll do

• Administer aesthetic injectables, including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox®, Xeomin®, etc.) and dermal fillers (e.g., Juvederm®, Restylane®, etc.)
• Perform in-depth consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care, outcomes, and complementary treatments
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records in the EMR system
• Collaborate with our clinical and aesthetic teams to deliver excellent care
• Stay current on evolving aesthetic techniques, safety protocols, and trends
• Assist with occasional cross-referrals to other services (e.g., microneedling, PRP, exosomes, body contouring)

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience preferred
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic proportions, and injectable safety
• Polished, professional bedside manner with strong patient communication skills
• Commitment to natural results and patient satisfaction
• Bonus: Experience with PRP, exosomes, microneedling, or energy-based body treatments
