What We’re Looking For:

• Strong fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to prepare and cook nutritious meals (must confidently follow recipes)

• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Health Care Assistant (HCA) certification or BC Care-Aide Registry # is an asset (not required)

• Available weekdays and weekends (flexibility is an asset)

Requirements:

• Smartphone for scheduling and reporting

• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional

• Thrive in a team-oriented environment and value collaboration

• Status: Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Open Work Permit

Your Role:

• Provide personal care and companionship to clients

• Assist with activities of daily living

• Prepare and cook meals to support client nutrition and well-being

• Offer emotional support with patience and kindness

• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the care team

• Ensure safety, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care
